The breakfast offered a GREAT choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The staff members, including Zbyne`k, Dominic, Tatiana, Petrl, and Diona, were friendly. They were also helpful and attentive . I enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in my room.
My room faced the inner courtyard, so it was not very quiet. I could hear people talking. This was especially bothersome closer to midnight when i needed peace. the hotel could improve soundproofing of rooms facing the courtyard.

The hotel is positioned next to the castle and near subway and tram stations. THIS location made it easy to go back to the hotel to rest before continuing my sightseeing. Parking is included, a big plus.

The spa facilities included massage services, and it was convenient not to go outside. I appreciated the design and decor of the roomwith a very comfortable bed.

Breakfast included fruit, vegetables, salads, and a meat and cheese selection. Juices, coffee, tea, and pastries were also available . The waiters worked very hard to accommodate everyone, i am grateful for their service. I liked everything.

acceptable stay, some disappointments
cold staff
it was far from what i expected for the price i paid. i also found the staff to be somewhat cold lacking the attentiveness i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
